On February 6th, the St. Mary’s Mardi Gras Festival will follow a “Thrill of Victory” this year, so get out your team gear! The festival features all family-friendly activities including a 7 a.m. ColorRun, a 10 a.m. parade, and vendors (offering arts, crafts, food and activities) from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. The center stage will be active with entertainment throughout the day. Mardi Gras would not be complete without a formal ball and the traditional announcement of the new King and Queen. Attire is a “Thrill of Victory” themed costume or formal wear and tickets can be purchased at Once Upon A Bookseller for the 6:30 p.m. – midnight event.
