Southeastern Bank Community Foundation, Inc. was established to reinforce Southeastern Bank’s core value of giving back to its communities. A registered 501(c)(3) organization, the Foundation supports charitable, educational and other qualified activities within the Bank’s markets. Funded primarily by donations from the Bank, the Foundation is governed by a rotating Board of Bank employees who determine how funds are allocated. Subject to funds availability, the Foundation intends to hold two grant cycles per year, awarding grants between $1,000 and $5,000 to eligible organizations.
